    I fully agree with this article that its best to go to sleep on a positive note. I like the idea of choosing a power word to focus on. Thanks for the info. Time to go to bed and put these ideas into practice.

    these all seem like good suggestions to try … thanks for sharing this … I don’t think I’ve ever paid much attention to “manifesting” in relation to my bedtime routine, and I’m looking forward to giving this a try
